Development Coordinator
Skylar Gutin serves as Development Coordinator for Blue Sky Communities, where she supports the planning, coordination, and execution of affordable housing developments throughout Florida. She works closely with the development, construction, design, finance, and asset management teams to help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and advancing efficiently through each stage of development.
In her role, Skylar coordinates project documentation, consultant communications, contract and proposal reviews, permitting support, construction administration activities, and various development-related processes. She serves as a key point of contact among project teams, helping facilitate communication, track critical milestones, and support the successful delivery of Blue Sky Communities' growing affordable housing portfolio.
Skylar is actively involved in coordinating with architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, property management teams, signage vendors, and municipal agencies throughout the development process. She also supports company marketing and branding initiatives, assisting with project presentations, community outreach materials, signage coordination, and the promotion of Blue Sky Communities' mission and developments.
Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to collaboration help support project teams from predevelopment through construction completion and lease-up.

Drawing from these diverse disciplines, Skylar brings a well-rounded perspective and cross-functional approach to supporting affordable housing projects from predevelopment through completion.
