Mathilde Jarrett

Vice President - Development

Before joining Blue Sky Communities, Mathilde was an Assistant Project Manager with Ascentia Development Group, a condominium developer. She prepared pro forma financial models related to multi-family development projects, and she oversaw the different development phases. From the design to the closing of the units, she met with the buyers, collaborated with the contractor, the sub-contractors, the vendors, and the design team, and assisted the property manager during the post-closing warranty phase.
