Marcus Davis serves as an Acquisitions Specialist at Blue Sky Communities, where he identifies and evaluates new development opportunities across Florida. His responsibilities also include preliminary financial and site feasibility analyses, pre-development activities and cultivating strategic partnerships that support the creation of affordable and workforce housing. His work is essential to advancing Blue Sky’s mission of building impactful, community-driven developments.

 

Prior to joining Blue Sky, Marcus worked at a private equity family office, advising business leaders on financial strategy, risk management, and performance optimization. His passion for real estate stems from an early interest in the built environment and a deep commitment to economic empowerment. He brings a collaborative, mission-driven approach to his work—focused on helping communities thrive through thoughtful, sustainable development.

 

Education 

Marcus holds both a BA and MBA from Rollins College and has completed advanced training through the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He is a licensed Florida real estate professional and holds certifications including Tax Credit Specialist and Essentials in Development.
