Krystian Rozanski serves as Senior Project Manager for Blue Sky Communities, where he is responsible for advancing active projects with a focus on pre-construction, as well as construction through project stabilization. He brings over 20 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience spanning project development, land acquisition, investment underwriting, and asset management.

 

Prior to rejoining Blue Sky Communities, Krystian served as Senior Land Acquisition Manager at Lennar Homes for almost three years, sourcing and evaluating land opportunities across the Tampa Bay region. His background also includes sourcing, underwriting, and closing quick-service restaurant investment opportunities for a private equity group.

 

Krystian began his real estate career with Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, initially underwriting Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) opportunities before serving as an asset manager overseeing a nation-wide LIHTC portfolio. Over the course of his career, he has also gained extensive expertise in distressed loan resolution, value-add real estate investments, and complex commercial financial analysis.
