Kanika Codner serves as Assistant Vice President of Finance for Blue Sky Communities. She joined the company in October 2024 and is responsible for financial underwriting, deal structuring, and securing financing for Blue Sky's developments. Kanika works closely with lenders, investors, local governments, housing finance agencies, and development partners to guide projects from funding award through stabilization.

 

Prior to joining Blue Sky Communities, Kanika was an Acquisitions Analyst with Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, where she evaluated and underwrote affordable housing investment opportunities nationwide. Earlier in her career, she served as an Asset Management Analyst with JLL, supporting the financial performance and compliance of multifamily and senior housing portfolios.

 

Kanika holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics from Florida State University.
