Alto Tower is a new affordable housing construction development that is located in Miami, Florida. It is a single mid-rise building apartment community consisting of 10 one-bedroom studio units, 54 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom units totaling 84 units. The community has a fitness room, business center/meeting room, two case management offices, a manager’s office, and the leasing office.
