Mr. Shahriari joined Blue Sky Communities in 2023 and serves as an Asset Manager. He is responsible for monitoring the financial and operational performance of the company’s affordable housing portfolio, using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support data analysis, track lease-up progress, and inform decision-making. His role also includes reviewing monthly financials, coordinating with property management teams, and assisting with capital planning and compliance efforts.
